The MELISA Study Group is usually held annually in different European cities. In 2007, the conference "The Emerging Role of Metals in Chronic Disease" took place in Bremen, 11-13 May. Over 110 doctors, dentists, labortory technicians and scientists from more than 20 different contries attended to learn how the MELISA® test is used in an ever-increasing number of ways to pioneer new frontiers in treatment of diseases. Next meeting will be held in Barcelona, Spain, in September 2008.
